1. BEAUTIFYPRO BROWS & LASHES GUARANTEES

We stand by our work. If you have any concerns about the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours.

Minor adjustments are complimentary if aftercare instructions have been properly followed. We kindly ask that you are honest about your aftercare routine.

If you are dissatisfied with the thickness of your lashes, additional charges may apply. Depending on your natural lashes, an upgrade to volume or mega volume may be recommended. If you are not satisfied with your selected style, an additional appointment may be required at an extra cost.

Individual results may vary depending on the length and condition of your natural lashes and the type of extensions selected.

Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU):

A touch-up session is required 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment (Touch-up fee: $150). This is necessary because each client’s skin retains pigment differently. The touch-up allows us to perfect and refine your results.

 

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be made online 24/7 through our booking system.

If you need assistance, please contact us — we are happy to help.

 

3. Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your appointment:

• $30 for lash extensions, skincare, and other services

• $50 for semi-permanent makeup

Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

 

4. Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of your deposit:

• $30 for lash services

• $50 for PMU services

We understand emergencies may happen; however, this policy applies to all clients without exception.

 

5. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened, and the full service price will still apply.

 

6. Fills

Lash fills must be scheduled within 2–5 weeks.

After 5 weeks or more, a full set will be required.

 

7. Forms of Payment

We accept:

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, and Mastercard

 

8. Children Policy

For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that no children accompany you to your appointment.

 

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on services, products, or any completed treatments.

 

10. Allergic Reactions

If you experience any allergic reaction, please contact us immediately.

If you have a history of allergies to lash extensions, permanent makeup pigment , or skincare products, please inform us before your appointment. A patch test is available upon request. ( Patch test fee:$30 )

Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions. Lash removal services are available for an additional fee.

Please consult your physician if you have any infections or medical concerns in the treatment area by your own expense

 

11. Parking

We are located in the same strip as Baskin Robbins.

Two parking spaces are reserved for Suite #7.

Street parking is also available on Blewett Street.

Please allow extra time for parking and avoid parking in spaces reserved for other suites.

 

12. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual factors including:

• Natural lash condition

• Skin type and pigmentation

• Age and lifestyle

These factors affect both the outcome and longevity of services.

 

13. Important Guidelines

• Remove contact lenses before your appointment for eyelashes extensions

• Do not wear eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow)

• Avoid water, steam, and humidity for 24 hours after lash services

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes

• Clients with adhesive allergies are not eligible for lash extensions

• Inform us of any eye conditions or medications

Daily lash care is required to maintain retention and hygiene.

 

14. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, phone number, email) is used only for booking and communication purposes.

We do not share your information with third parties.

All payment information is securely stored.

We value your feedback. Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

 

16. Disclaimer

BeautifyPro Brows & Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
