1. BEAUTIFYPRO BROWS & LASHES GUARANTEES
❖ We stand by our work. If you have any complaints about the service you received, please contact us within 2 days. Minor corrections are free if you have followed our aftercare instructions and are taking great care of your lashes. This is a policy we are pleased to provide you. We ask that you be truthful about the care you have given your lashes.
❖ If you are dissatisfied with the thickness of your lashes, additional expenses will be charged. Depending on the thickness of your natural lashes, you may need to upgrade to volume or mega volume. However, we are here to assist you in making your decision. If you are not satisfied with the style you selected, an extra appointment may be required at an additional cost.
❖ Individual outcomes will vary depending on the length/volume of your natural lashes and the type of extension you choose.
❖ Semi PMU: You must RETURN to your PMU facility from 6-8 weeks following your first appointment for a FREE touch-up. This is due to the fact that everyone's skin absorbs pigment differently, and your brows, eyeliner, and lips will require precision.
2. APPOINTMENT BOOKING
❖ Please make an appointment online. We offer an online booking system that is available online twenty-four hours a day, and seven days a week. If you need assistance scheduling your appointment, please contact or message us. We are delighted to assist.
3. DEPOSIT
❖ We require a $30 for semi-eyelash extension, skincare makeup, and other services, and $100 for a semi-permanent makeup deposit prior to booking your appointment.
4. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
❖ If you must cancel or change your reservation, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are unlikely to get a refund of your money. For each missed appointment, you will be charged $30 for lash extensions or $100 for permanent makeup. Although we sympathize with illness and family problems, we are unable to accept responsibility for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Unfortunately, this policy does not allow for exceptions.
5. LATE ARRIVAL
❖ We will try to accommodate you if you arrive late, but your appointment will conclude at the stated hour and you will be charged the entire service price.
6. FILLS
❖ We will need to book you for a returning client complete set when you wait more than 5 weeks for a fill as most people's lashes last about 3-4 weeks.
7. FORMS OF PAYMENT
❖ We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa/Mastercard
8. CHILDREN
❖ Please no kids come along.
9. REFUNDS
❖ For sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds on any services, products, or items at BeautifyPro Brows & Lashes. Products cannot be returned. Every sale or service is final.
❖ There will be no refunds for any reason on any service.
10. ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you have an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us right away so that we can analyze the problem. If you've previously had allergic reactions to eyelash extensions or permanent makeup or facial skincare, and believe you may be allergic to our products, please let us know before your consultation. Prior to the consultation, an allergy test can be
done. Simply call or email us with your request.
❖ Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions; however, the lashes will be removed. There are additional charges. Cyanoacrylates, which are found in eyelash glue, can induce allergic responses. An allergy test is strongly recommended.
❖ Please consult your doctor if you have any infections in the treated areas.
11. PARKING
❖ Our location is in the same strip building as Baskin Robbins. We have only two reserved parking spaces for suite #7. There is also street parking in front of the building (the street name is Blewett). Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking. Do not park in the spaces reserved for other suites.
12. RESULTS
❖ Individual results may indeed vary and are influenced by factors such as the length and volume of your natural lashes, as well as the specific type of lash extensions you opt for. Similarly, the outcomes of semi-permanent makeup and facial skincare treatments are contingent upon an individual's unique skin pigmentation, age, and overall constitution. These factors play a role in determining the effectiveness and longevity of the treatments.
13. KEEP THIS IN MIND
❖ Contact lenses must be removed before applying lashes. Please bring a lens case with you to the visit to store your lenses inside. After the procedure, you may put your contact lenses back in.
❖ Please do not wear any eye makeup to your visit, including mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow.
❖ Lash extensions MUST avoid contact with water, steam, or high humidity in the next 24 hours after the procedure. Avoid oils in moisturizers and cosmetics.
❖ Individuals who are allergic to any sort of adhesives CANNOT have their lashes extended.
❖ Please inform us in advance of any eye diseases, injuries, drugs, or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area.
❖ Your lashes must be washed daily and sealed every three days.
14. PRIVACY
❖ We respect your privacy highly. We utilize private data such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number in order to establish an easy client-booking database and to keep you updated on our promotion. We understand how inconvenient it is to receive junk mail and would never release any of your private data to a third party. We keep your credit card on file and secured.
